As some of you may know, Bruce's Angels recently came under attack by the ex-webmaster of AGWLBP on the AGWLBP web site. Although we appreciate the fact that a retraction and an apology was given to us, the original libelous and defamatory statements were still hurtful and devastating to us and a violation of us. The retraction and apology has since been removed from AGWLBP; that's their choice and we respect that. However AGWLBP was not the victim of this unwarranted attack and false accusations, we were. WE ARE NOT GUILTY of the accusations made against us. We at Bruce's Angels feel we need to protect our reputation and credibility, so we will keep a copy of said retraction and apology visible for those who may have seen the original remarks on AGWLBP but not the retraction.

Because matters like this take away from what we're really here for – homage to Bruce Payne--and conflicts do not reflect well on him, we will not dwell any further on this matter on Bruce's Angels web site. We cannot speak for others, but on behalf of Bruce’s Angels, we are here for one purpose and one purpose only, to pay tribute to and show our support for Bruce Payne, not to feud with others. We sincerely hope nothing like this ever arises again.  If it does, we will deal with it through appropriate legal means.

RE: MISUNDERSTANDING WITH BRUCE’S ANGELS WEBPERSONS

Let this serve as a formal retraction, on advice of my council, to the affected parties on the Bruce’s Angels fan site. My most recent remarks were made without malice and forethought; but they were emotional rather than reasoned responses.

The bottom line here is that both the AGWLBP and Bruce’s Angels sites are Bruce Payne fan sites. This is the reason for their existence and I temporarily lost my focus of this fact. A fan site is obligated to celebrate and promote the celebrity; in this case Bruce Payne, and to try to put him in the best possible light. Conflict between sites is not appropriate in this forum.  I encourage the sharing of web content resources with other Bruce Payne fan sites. I only ask that when content is used from one site to another that the source be clearly listed, credit be given when it is due and permission be sought when appropriate.

Please accept my apologies for losing site of the real goal and for spewing forth an emotional rant.

I realize that we share a common respect and admiration for Bruce Payne. I do not wish to pollute this sea of appreciation for one of the Industry’s finest actors. Carry on in good health.
