 Mr. Blue in Never Mind The
original version of this film, entitled Never Say Never Mind, is listed as
a 2001 release on the IMDb. The only actual release seems to have been
in Portugal in 2004. Ron Bryan, the writer and producer, told us last
year that the film was the subject of a big legal wrangle.
Fortunately for Bruce fans, the legal issues have been resolved.
Bryan has now released the DVD in the USA under the new name Never Mind. It is still the story of the mysterious alien Mr. Blue and the Swedish Bikini Team's efforts to Save the World. A spoof of spy movies that's part James Bond, part Charley's Angels and part Benny Hill, it features the outgoing and vivacious SBT and the reclusive but brilliant Mr. Blue. While the SBT is bouncing around (as it were) in celebration of "Girl Power," Bruce  is absolutely deadpan. There are several scenes in this
romp that must have required great self-control on Bruce's part to keep
from bursting out laughing (or perhaps snorting in dismay). The
